Zoe Kazan is Love
Over the past few days, I grew a deep fascination over Zoe Kazan. It probably has something to do with First, her face that is a mixture of sexy and pretty and cute. Something I find extremely rare. 'Plus, she's a complete stunner. Second, her superb acting that constitutes varieties of credible emotions and the way she portrays her roles with a whole new different take from her previous role. And third, I've been watching a lot of her movies! (No surprise there)
So here are my favorite movies of her.
What If
But of course, she won't be Zoe Kazan if she wasn't a conjugate of lovely, funny and romantic. This movie perfectly showcased her lovely, funny and romantic ways. Not to mention, (which i'm about to mention) she and Radcliffe were a perfect suit.
Ruby Sparks
I love this movie of her because it's like she's just channeling her inner Ruby Sparks, the acting was effortless, she was cunning and bold and so charming it seems so nearly impossible not to have a crush on her. She's also the perfect depiction of every woman who is a beautiful mess in this film. But just as I thought her role was solely the pleasing, cute sort, I was wrong, because she had me in tears on the part I'm not going to disclose just yet, but for certain, it's a part where she showcased her many acting talents. You'll love Ruby Sparks just as much as you'll love Zoe Kazan.
In Your Eyes
Now this movie is doing away from her usual "rom-com" roles. Here, she was so sophisticated, well behaved, and the idea of a beautiful, martyr wife settling in the invisible cage her husband built. Okay, stop me from narrating the whole story. Haha. I think this is the movie where she really got me, her roles ranged from someone occupied with indirect loneliness to gradually gaining a hint of joy, then someone inflicted with fear, then a slight twist of psycho and a whole lot of different Zoe Kazan emotions. The movie will truly etched into your bones, just like her.
The Pretty One
Here, I find her so adorable, as per usual. And it's quite a bonus to be able to see her portraying two roles that are completely different from one another, and how she's able to separate the two roles distinguishably. She and Jake Johnson were also quite a pair. This movie was light and deep in it's own way, very Zoe Kazan.
